Houstonians have a chance to experience a five star restaurant at a good price while donating to a good cause.

Houston Restaurant Weeks is an annual fundraiser for America's largest food bank. One hundred percent of proceeds from Houston Restaurant Week will go to the Houston Food Bank.

Participating restaurants have a special HRW menu for brunch, lunch or dinner.  The meal prices range from $20 to $45. Some restaurants offer two, three and four course meals.

Check the HRW website to find out if you will need a reservation at the restaurant of your choice. Several restaurants require a reservation through OpenTable, while some accept walk-ins. If you make a reservation online through OpenTable, make sure to include "Request HRW Menu" in the comments field.

This event includes Harris, Galveston, and Montgomery County restaurants. All three counties are part of the Houston Food Bank's Partner Distribution Organizations.

Houston Restaurant Weeks starts Aug. 1 and ends Sept. 7, 2015. The annual fundraiser has raised almost $6 million to fight hunger in Houston since it was established in 2003.
