Astros drop series to Mariners, fall to 9-2 against Seattle this season

The Houston Astros had the national stage on Sunday night but fell to the Seattle Mariners 3-2.

The victory gave the Mariners the series win while extending their dominance over the Astros this season.

The Mariners are 9-2 against Houston, with more games to come later in the season.

The Astros are 63-62 with 37 games remaining and still lead the AL West by two games over second-place Texas.
