Man arrested in fatal shooting of two brothers at W. Houston apartment No description found
HOUSTON – Police have arrested a man suspected in the shooting death of two brothers outside a west Houston apartment complex.
Roderick Richards, 27, has been charged with capital murder.
Richards is accused of fatally shooting Gilbert Makdissi and Jean Makdissi at the Briarwood Village Apartments on Avenida La Quinta Street on Tuesday night.
