Man accused of possession of child pornography
Odie Ozuna has been charged with possession of child pornography.
HOUSTON – Houston police arrested a man who is accused of possessing child pornography.
According to court documents, Odie Ozuna allegedly had a digital video that contained child pornography.
Houston police say they got information about Ozuna through a tip. A child advocacy group informed the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and police served a warrant on May 15.
Officers say they found the child pornography during the search.
Investigators do not believe Ozuna was making the child pornography.
Ozuna, 21, is charged with possession of child pornography. His bond was set at $5,000.
