Enjoy St. Patrick's Day parade, workouts for free

HOUSTON – It's Freebie Friday and Consumer Expert Amy Davis has ways to save a bit o'green on this St. Patrick's Day weekend.

Downtown Houston is going green Saturday with a two-hour free St. Patrick's Day Parade.  This year's theme is 'We are all Irish Texans.'  The parade starts at noon, rain or shine, and will begin at the clock tower at Minute Maid Park.

Need to relieve a little stress from the work week?  There is a free Tai Chi session in Hermann Park starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday.  Meet at the Zoo entrance near McGovern Lake.  There is no need to sign up -- just show up.

24 Hour Fitness is offering a free three-day trial to get you back in the gym.  The pass needs to be used on consecutive days.
