Police: Man fatally shoots neighbor
Jairo Umanzor charged in Reginald Sheppard's death
Jairo UmanzorHOUSTON – A man has been accused of killing his neighbor.
Jairo Umanzor, 27, has been charged with murder.
Houston police said Umanzor shot Reginald Sheppard, 23, in the 4300 block of Fallen Oaks in northwest Houston about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Detectives said that Umanzor admitted to shooting Sheppard.
The motive for the killing has not been released.
