HOUSTON – From Florida girl to Houston country radio favorite, Lo Sessions-Barker has quickly made her mark on 93Q Country.
She hosts “The Lo Show” weekday afternoons from 3 to 7 p.m., while also juggling duties as Assistant Program Director and Music Director.
Before going country in Houston back in 2022, Lo worked in Top 40 radio across cities like Tampa, Portland, and San Antonio.
These days, she’s bringing what she calls “love, laughs, and girl boss energy” to Houston afternoons — along with plenty of stories about brunch, tacos, fashion and even the time her now-husband Matthew didn’t believe she was actually “Lo from the radio” when they met on Tinder!
