From Chinatown to Memorial Park, Lunar New Year events across Houston are welcoming the Year of the Horse with performances, festivals and family-friendly activities.
Haii Keii: Haii Keii is celebrating Lunar New Year on Tuesday, Feb. 17 with a red envelope giveaway offering $25 gift cards per table while supplies last. Guests can enjoy the restaurantโs full dinner menu, including sushi and steak favorites, during the holiday celebration.
Loro (Heights & Kirby): Loro is celebrating Lunar New Year with a limited-time Pork Bossam Family Meal, available Feb. 16 through March 1 at its Heights and Kirby locations. The $45, dine-in-only meal serves 3โ4 people, and $1 from each order will be donated to the Asian Pacific American Heritage Association.
Live at Live Oak at Memorial Park: Live at Live Oak will celebrate Lunar New Year with a free outdoor concert on Saturday, Feb. 21, featuring performances by Unity Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe and Mikaโs Yoyos. The event runs from 4โ6 p.m. at the Clay Family Eastern Glades and includes live music, dance, food trucks and family-friendly activities.

River Oaks District (Tuesday, Feb. 17): Celebrate the Year of the Horse with a traditional Platform Dragon Dance by Leeโs Golden Dragon at 4 p.m. in The Park next to Bari. The public performance features music, movement, and ceremonial artistry honoring Lunar New Year traditions.
