Cypress local Isabella Wakeham to compete in season 16 premiere of ‘American Ninja Warrior’
HOUSTON – Calling all American Ninja Warrior fans!
The competition series returns tonight for a brand-new season, and it’s all set to be more action-packed than ever before.
Houston is always represented so well when it comes to showing off our local ninja talent, and this season is no different.
At 20 years old, 2-time veteran Isabella Wakeham from Cypress has been competing in ninja competitions for almost 11 years now.
Competing in these courses is her passion, and she’s had a great mentor help with her training -- super ninja (and Houston native) Daniel Gil.
Isabella says she trains 6 days a week for about 2-3 hours, and her hard work has paid off: she’ll compete in tonight’s new episode along with her fiancé, Sam Folsom.
