HOUSTON – The Houston Bonsai Society is all set to host ‘Bonsai on the Bayou: An International Convention’ happening at the Marriott Westchase hotel this weekend.
From special guests, to workshops, demos, merch and more - this is your chance to see a huge selection of world-class bonsai.
The event is being hosted by the Houston Bonsai Society, the four-state regional Lone Star Bonsai Federation, and the world organization Bonsai Clubs International.
This convention will be one of only a couple international bonsai events that have ever occurred in the United States.
The event will feature many guest artists including: Bjorn Bjornholm, Sergio Cuan, Min Hsuan Lo, Sean Smith and more leading seminars, workshops and demos.
There will be raffles, auctions, exhibitors and merchandise and a chance to see a huge selection of world-class bonsai, kusamono, shitakusa and suiseki from Texas and around the world.
