How to make a festive DIY Tablescape for the 4th of July

So pretty it was featured in a magazine!

HOUSTON – If you’re looking for 4th of July décor ideas, Rhonda Kaiser with Southern Home and Farm is showing how to bring the red, white, and blue to your table with an easy but stylish tablescape you can replicate at home using fruits and flowers.

Rhonda recommends mixing faux with fresh flowers to create a seamless look. For this look, she went with blue and white hydrangeas.

She also says, “You should use seasonal fresh fruit in your table arrangements - this elevates the look!”

For the Independence Day décor, she chose tomatoes, strawberries, and blueberries as natural accents which provide pops of color!

She is also a fan of using any decorative objects that will add to your theme; a mix of inexpensive versus a few treasures will elevate the look.

Rhonda is a former florist, master gardener, and Instagram influencer, who is celebrating being chosen as a Better Homes & Gardens Stylemaker for 2023!

Each year Better Homes & Gardens Magazine selects their Stylemakers of the year, the influencers, bloggers, and other creatives who inspire with their vision of style and taste. Recognized in the pages of the magazine, the issue is celebrated with the New York City event.
