🔒 Former Houston Texans stars Justin Reid and Whitney Mercilus show their go-to dodgeball moves

HOUSTON – Two days ahead of their Houston dodgeball charity challenge, former Houston Texans stars Justin Reid and Whitney Mercilus demonstrated some of their go-to dodgeball moves for our KPRC 2 Insiders.

The event takes place on the afternoon of Saturday, April 23 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Pitch 25 in Houston’s eastern downtown area.

The event is being hosted by Houston Dynamo legend Brian Ching. Teams led by Houston sports celebrities Mercilus, Reid, Chester Pitts, and Sheryl Swoopes will compete, with proceeds going to their respective charity foundations. Reid’s team is the reigning charity dodgeball champion.

With that in mind, these stars certainly have their go-to moves in competition. On Thursday, after their segments on “Houston Life” were complete, they filmed a little something extra with Houston Life reporter Joe Sam to demonstrate these moves.
