A Historical Walk Inside "Open House"
HOUSTON – Havel Ruck Projects have been transforming abandoned homes into art since 1994.
"Open House" is their newest project which is located at The Sam Houston Park, across from City Hall. Filled with historical pictures, Stephanie Gonzalez takes us inside the house to learn more about it.
