HOUSTON – The weekend will look very different, and that’s all because of the increased chances of rain.

Outside of rearranging plans, you’ll need to watch for flooding.

There is a 1 out of 4 flood risk for Friday and Saturday, mainly south of I-10.

FRIDAY

Friday morning rain chances hug coastal communities, but by the evening, storms make their way into Houston.

Rain stays around through at least 10 p.m.

SATURDAY

Saturday, another wave of showers and storms will mainly focus on the morning and afternoon hours.

SUNDAY

Sunday is the day when rain chances decrease.

Although not completely dry, it will likely be the best day for outdoor activities.
