Police are investigating what they are calling the "suspicious death" of a 2-year-old child in northwest Houston.

On the day that 11-year-old Darius Dugas was being laid to rest, Harris County Sheriff's deputies announced they have arrested the suspect responsible for his death.

The family of Josue Flores says they’re still waiting on answers in the case nearly five years later.
