The University of Houston Athletics Department has received an anonymous $10 million pledge to support its planned state-of-the-art Football Development Center (FDC). The gift is part of Houston Rise, the newly launched $150 million fundraising campaign centered on competitive excellence in the Big 12 Conference.

"Clemson has notified and isolated each of those individuals who tested positive for a period of at least 10 days. University of AlabamaSeveral University of Alabama football players tested positive for coronavirus in early June, according to multiple reports, including Sports Illustrated and AL.com. 10 other football players will self-isolate due to contact tracing, "all of whom are asymptomatic at this time."

HOUSTON The University of Houston is the latest in a slew of schools around the country to report student-athletes with coronavirus. As a result, the school announced it was halting all voluntary workouts for student-athletes as a precaution to prevent the spread of the virus.
