3 dead, 9 injured in motorcycle collision in Texas Hill Country
HOUSTON Jerry Wayne Harbour, a Houston man, is among the three motorcyclists killed Saturday afternoon in the Texas Hill Country, according to the Kerr County Sheriffs Office. Nine others were also injured during an incident on Highway 16 South of Kerrville. The person that crossed the stripe has been arrested for several counts of intoxicated manslaughter and intoxication assault. The ride was in celebration of the clubs birthday when the crash occurred. Thin Blue Line Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club is asking for prayers for the members during their time of need.
Distilleries, wineries shuttered by Gov. Greg Abbott's bar shutdown say they should be exempted
Distilleries, wineries and even some restaurants with high alcohol sales say they are unfairly being caught in the crossfire of the statewide bar shutdown. Abbotts order required any business that gets 51% or more of its revenue from alcohol sales to close. RestaurantsThe bar shutdown has also closed many restaurants that have high alcohol sales, industry experts said. Because its revenue generated from alcohol sales outpaces food sales, the ice house was also forced to close down. She said she doesnt think the bar shutdown was intended to target a business like hers.

Texas already has the most expansive pipeline network in the country with more than 460,000 miles (740,250 kilometers) of channels zigzagging through it. Those strange bedfellows have held townhalls, formed grassroots community campaigns, and lodged lawsuits against Kinder Morgan. "No one has fought (Kinder Morgan) harder and no one has fought them longer than we have in the Hill Country," he said.
