Texas City commissioners are set to discuss the police department’s use of Flock cameras after an internal review identified two instances of possible misuse.

John Pierce, 22, was arrested in Texas City for allegedly shooting Jeremiah Olmstead on State Highway 146. Pierce faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct. Olmstead is hospitalized in stable condition, and the investigation is ongoing with police seeking further information from the public.
