Authorities in west Houston are searching for Thomas Williams, a 78-year-old Black man also known as Eugene, who went missing on Saturday evening. Williams, six feet tall and weighing 150 pounds, was last seen on foot around 7 p.m. on January 31 in the 11900 block of Richmond Avenue, wearing a green sweater, green pants, and black tennis shoes.

A missing persons alert has been issued for 54-year-old Steve Ramirez, last seen on January 31 around 4:30 p.m. in the 8400 block of Wilcrest Drive in Houston. Authorities believe he may be in imminent danger. Ramirez, a Hispanic man with gray hair and a dragon tattoo on his right bicep, was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, and red socks, and carrying a red blanket. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Houston Police Department.
