Texas law enforcement has named Carlos Jose Ayala Morales as the Featured Fugitive for March on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list, offering a $6,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Two of Texas’ 10 Most Wanted fugitives have been arrested, the Texas Department of Public Safety announced Thursday.

A 34-year-old was released on parole just four years into a 14-year sentence. Now, authorities believe he was involved in a man’s homicide over a year later.
