RECOGNIZE HIM? Video shared by the Houston Police Department showed the man going up to the counter, slipping the cashier a note, and then taking money from the cash tray. Hours earlier, however, the same man was seen posing as a customer.

The shooting happened at the Hwy 6 Smoke Shop on Highway 6 South on Monday night.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said one person is dead after a disturbance at a north Harris County smoke shop escalated to gunshots being fired.
