Astros General Manager Jeff Luhnow said Pressly will miss four to six weeks. "He came back and his stuff was good, but his knee wasnt better, Luhnow told KPRC 2 Thursday afternoon. It's unclear if Pressly will rejoin the team before the playoffs begin.
Miley solid, Astros hit 6 homers to rout Mariners 10-2

Carlos Correa and Aledmys Diaz also homered for Houston, which improved to 10-1 against the Mariners this season. Daniel Vogelbach hit a two-run homer for the Mariners, who lost their second straight after winning their previous six games. Houston got things going when Alvarez sent the second pitch of the second inning into center field for his 13th homer. Miley walked three Mariners early, but didn't allow a hit until Tom Murphy legged out a single on an infield grounder with one out in the fifth.

Verlander, Bregman Lead List of Six Astros Headed to the All-Star Game
The Astros are one of the most talent-laden teams in baseball and, not surprisingly, they will have the largest contingent of players from any team representing them at the All-Star game this season. The midsummer classic will feature third baseman Alex Bregman, outfielders Michael Brantley and George Springer, starting pitchers Justin Verlander and Gerrit Cole, and reliever Ryan Pressly. He is 12th in the majors with a .313 average but has added 11 home runs, 45 RBIs and 21 doubles. There isn't much to be said about Verlander other than he continues to be a brilliant ace pitcher for the Astros. The MLB All-Star game will take place Tuesday, July 9 in Cleveland.
