Terrence Jermain Sandals, 46, is in custody in Shelby Township, Michigan. He is charged with two counts of first-degree homicide as well as six counts of felon in possession of a firearm. He is being held without bond.

The two men, who are both in their 20s, were on bond for an aggravated robbery and capital murder charge.
