MAGNOLIA, Texas – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after they said a man was shot and killed in front of his daughter in Magnolia Wednesday night. Deputies said they are searching for 27-year-old Christopher Julian, who is accused of fatally shooting his friend, 29-year-old Samuel Schmitt. Deputies said he and the victim went to high school together and they believe he is still in the area.
