A Penn State University graduate has just been named the new vice president and regional chief medical officer at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center and Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital in Humble.
Memorial Hermann Announces $250M Expansion at The Woodlands Medical Center
The Woodlands, Texas Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center is beginning a $250 million expansion project that will create a new eight-floor tower. The Woodlands hospital currently houses 397 licensed beds but could have as many as 535 beds following the expansion. According to Josh Urban, senior vice president and CEO of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center and Memorial Hermann Northeast, the expansion will also include renovations to the hospitals current facilities. The medical center currently employs more than 2,600 people. Memorial Hermann will also soon be expanding womens health services at Memorial Northeast Hospital in Humble after they received a $10 million donation back in late October.springhappenings.com
It's Boobtastic! Pumpkins decorated by breast cancer staff at Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands
THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Take a peek at some hilarious boob-themed pumpkins that were decorated by Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center's breast cancer staff. The pumpkin decorating was featured for the hospital's annual In the Pink Luncheon. The event was held Friday at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. The goal was to raise money to assist the hospital's efforts in breast cancer awareness and support.
