Former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden has sued Commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL, alleging that a โmalicious and orchestrated campaignโ was used to destroy Grudenโs career by leaking old emails he had sent that included racist, misogynistic and homophobic comments.
Dream close to being sold, taking Loeffler out of WNBA

Brian Kemp, didn't immediately sell the team, WNBA players started to endorse and campaign for her opponent, Democrat Raphael Warnock, who defeated Loeffler in Georgia's runoff election on Jan. 5. Loeffler, a wealthy businesswoman who had closely aligned herself with Trump, has been an owner of the Dream since 2011. The Dream would be the second WNBA franchise sold this month.

DALLAS, Texas Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban pushed back against both Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and a radio show host after he said he would support his franchises plans to kneel during the national anthem this season. The entrepreneur and billionaire clapped back at radio host Mark Davis, who tweeted his opposing stance on players kneeling during the anthem. Cruz joined in the Twitter battle Monday when he retweeted Cubans one-word response to Davis with his own quote-tweet. NBA is telling everyone who stands for the flag, who honors our cops and our veterans, to piss off? Cruz wrote. The billionaire has previously shown support for kneeling during the anthem, according to an interview with ESPNs Outside the Lines in June.
