Bond was increased to $2 million and charges could be upgraded for a man accused of shooting his girlfriend’s 16-year-old daughter to death at their northeast Harris County home.

A 16-year-old girl was shot and killed after she was reportedly held captive inside her northeast Harris County home by her mother’s boyfriend, deputies with Harris County Sheriff’s Office said.
