Pedro Luis Parra Pulgar, a 46-year-old resident of Fulshear, has been charged with three counts of attempted murder after allegedly setting his home on fire with his three children inside.

A large alligator was found roaming through a neighborhood in Fulshear.

Fulshear Police were called to the scene of a residential home to capture a “suspect with four legs.”
