HOUSTON – The Texans have made it to the playoffs three years in a row under the leadership of coach DeMeco Ryans.

With Super Bowl ambitions and a strong desire to advance further in the postseason after losing each of the past three seasons in the AFC divisional round, the Texans are set to open training camp July 29 with their first practice.

As Ryans has stated multiple times along with players echoing his sentiment, the Texans want to become the first team in franchise history to “put a bull on a ring.”

They will hold eight camp practices in Houston that are open to fans: Aug. 1, Aug. 3, Aug. 4, Aug. 5, Aug. 7, Aug. 8, Aug. 10 and Aug. 18.

For information on how to claim free tickets through Ticketmaster with fans able to claim up to four tickets to two open practice dates, parking, clear bag and water policies along with weather updates, there is more information available on the Texans’ official website and app.

The Texans’ rookies report for camp July 21 and veterans report July 28.

The Aug. 18 practice is a joint session with the Las Vegas Raiders and top overall pick and rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza.
