THE WOODLANDS, Texas - A 36-year-old Spring man was charged with possession of child pornography and invasive visual recording after he was caught filming up customers' skirts at a store in The Woodlands on May 26, according to authorities.

A customer alerted authorities that Austin Flores was taking videos up her skirt at the Dollar Tree at 501 Sawdust Road, according to investigators. The customer told deputies she had seen Flores do the same thing to another shopper in the store as well.

When deputies approached Flores, he was still in the store with his two children.

Flores denied the accusations and refused to allow deputies to view his phone. Flores's phone was confiscated as evidence and authorities started an investigation.

After obtaining a search warrant for the phone, investigators found numerous videos and images of women being filmed without their knowledge, authorities said.

Multiple videos and images of child pornography were found on the phone as well, according to authorities.

Flored was arrested July 10 at his home in Spring.

Anyone with information about Flores is asked to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-760-5800.
