Deputies are trying to figure out what happened to severely injured motorcyclist

HOUSTON – Harris County Sheriff's deputies are trying to figure out what happened to a motorcyclist who is in critical condition.

Around midnight, deputies said a motorist found the motorcyclist lying in the middle of the road at FM 1960 and Oak Timbers Drive in northeast Houston.

Now they are trying to find out if the man was struck by a car, or if he wrecked his motorcycle on his own.

The man was airlifted to a hospital.
