Man wearing clown mask arrested in Baytown park

BAYTOWN, Texas – Baytown police Monday evening arrested two men wearing clown masks after receiving calls stating that they were chasing people in Jenkins Park.

Witnesses said the men were dress in black and wearing clown masks. One of them was holding a large tree limb in each hand, and they were chasing citizens in the park.

When officers arrived, the pair ran into nearby woods, but police captured them.

"It was scary. I'd heard of it happening but I never thought I'd see it in my city," said Mayci Henderson, who was at the park with her 3-year-old son and recorded video of the arrest.

A 16-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were arrested and charged with terroristic threat. They were then released to their parents.
