HOUSTON – A man was arrested and charged after allegedly taunting disabled and homeless people by spraying them with a high-powered, motorized water gun, according to the Houston Police Department.
Christopher Cayce, 34, was charged with assault causing bodily injury.

Police said Cayce specifically targeted multiple people who are disabled and homeless, spraying them with the water gun while taunting them. Investigators said he then uploaded videos of the incidents to social media.
Cayce was booked into the Harris County Jail for two traffic violations, operating a vehicle without license plate and illegal window tint.
