Video captures reported rescue of 3 men in Port of Galveston after watercraft capsizes

Three people were rescued from the water Monday morning after a personal watercraft capsized near Pier 10 at the Port of Galveston.

According to information shared on Facebook by Grizzy’s Hood News, the incident happened around 8:30 a.m. in the area of Pier 10.

The personal watercraft had three people on board when it overturned in the water.

Crew members aboard the vessel Captain Dub Allen responded and were able to pull all three individuals from the water.

No injuries were immediately reported, and it is unclear what caused the watercraft to capsize.

Officials have not yet released additional details about the incident.
