HOUSTON – After months of waiting, one Houston area newlywed opened their email on Tuesday to find their wedding photos waiting for them, months after their photographer estimated the snapshots of their special day would be delivered.

Ashlyn Carrion is one of a handful of brides who say the photographer they hired, Brandy Palacios Photography, didn’t deliver their photos and wasn’t answering their messages.

“Since my wedding, my grandfather has passed away and I don’t have any family photos with him. It’s just unfortunate,” said Carrion, who was married in April 2025.

After a KPRC 2 report on Monday, the photographer sent the photos to Carrion on Tuesday.

KPRC 2’s Gage Goulding tried calling Palacios, but only reached her via email. She shared this response with us:

KPRC 2 is checking with the other brides to see if they received their wedding photos, too.
