The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) announced Wednesday that it has positively identified the following victims:

  • Tara Arnold, 46, of Texas
  • Jacob Hosmer, 47, of Texas
  • Shelby Kuyawa, 34, of Hawaii
  • Jorden Reidel, 33, of Texas

The OCME says it is still working to positively identify the remaining two victims. No additional information has been released at this time.

All six people on board the aircraft were killed when the plane crashed at the airport on Jan. 25. Investigators say the probe remains ongoing, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and respecting the privacy of the victims’ families.

In the days following the crash, some victims were identified through confirmations from family members and organizations. Lakewood Church previously confirmed the death of Shawna Collins, a Houston-area creative and longtime member of the church.

2 Investigates was also the first to report that Jacob Hosmer, a Houston-area pilot, was the captain of the flight. His father, Gary Hosmer, later confirmed his son’s involvement.

The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
