A well-known social media influencer in the car community has been arrested for disturbing charges involving a young child.

Victor L. Corey Paillet III, 40, is facing first-degree felony charges after investigators say they found video evidence of him sexually assaulting a toddler.

Paillet has a large following on social media, where he is known as “Kandy Red Bread.”

His Instagram account has over 62,000 followers as of this writing, where he specializes in customizing cars with iconic Houston-influenced modifications, including “slabs,” “candy paint” and “swangas.”

The bio on his TikTok account currently reads, “Love yourself and don’t trust nobody.”

Paillet was arrested at a home in Porter last week and is now being held without bond as detectives search for other potential victims.

According to court records, detectives obtained video that allegedly depicts Paillet sexually assaulting a 2-year-old child.

Following the discovery, investigators charged Paillet with first-degree felony aggravated sexual assault of a child and promotion of child pornography.

During the investigation, detectives uncovered information leading them to believe Paillet may have victimized other children, court records say.

He is known to have connections in Houston and Louisiana and may be known by the aliases “Kandy Red” and “Kandy Red Bread.”

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information to come forward. Tips can be reported to 936-538-3474, referencing case number 26A017864.
