Man shot and killed after fight breaks out inside sports bar on Houston’s south side
HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting at a sports bar on the city’s south side on Monday.
The shooting happened at Big K’s Sports Bar & Lounge, located in the 12800 block of Cullen Blvd.
Lt. Larry Crowson with HPD says two men got into a fight inside the bar, leading to a shooting. One man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said they found the man dead from a gunshot wound at the entrance of the sports bar. According to officers, the victim’s friends dragged him deeper inside the bar and left before they arrived.
It is unclear if anyone has been arrested at this time.
Police are at the scene investigating.
