A Texas City man is behind bars after a 28-year-old was found shot to death in a neighborhood early Saturday morning.
The shooting happened just before 4 a.m. in the 1100 block of 12th Avenue North, where officers found Luis Aguilera-Ramirez suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators later identified 22-year-old Edward Arispe as the suspect. He was arrested without incident and charged with murder.
Arispe is being held in the Galveston County Jail with bond set at $500,000.
