Authorities raid after-hours bar said to be ‘hub for criminal activity’ in NW Harris County

HOUSTON – Deputies in northwest Harris County joined other law enforcement officials to raid an after-hours bar described as a “hub for criminal activity.”

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez was unable to disclose specific details due to the active nature of the investigation, but a heavy police presence was seen on Veterans Memorial Drive near W Greens Road early Friday morning.

Our cameras spotted dozens of people lined up with their hands up against the wall, but it’s unclear if any arrests were made, as of this writing.
