Man mistakenly released from jail now wanted by Harris County deputies
Harris County deputies are searching for Troy Dugas, 36, who was mistakenly released from jail Sunday afternoon.
Dugas was scheduled to begin serving a five-year state prison sentence for assaulting a family member in Fort Bend County and a two-year sentence for evading arrest in Brazoria County.
He is described as 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighing 215 pounds.
Authorities are urging anyone who sees Dugas to call 911 immediately and not approach him.
