A Houston firefighter was hurt while battling a house fire in west Houston. No description found
According to the Houston Fire Department a firefighter from Station 28 was taken to the hospital after she was injured fighting a fire on Wedgewood Dr. near Antoine Dr.
HFD officials said that the firefighter was injured while coming off a ladder. A Mayday was called after the fire was upgraded to a 2-Alarm fire.
Officials said that the firefighter was taken to the hospital and is expected to be ok. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
