The Pasadena Police Department said it all started a little before 9:45 p.m. when an unidentified 22-year-old man was on the ground after he was thrown from his scooter.
Preliminary details are that a woman was making a left into a driveway on Washington Street near Preston Avenue off Highway 225, and then the young man’s scooter hit her car.

Investigators said there are no signs of impairment, as of this writing.
The 22-year-old was given CPR at the scene before he was airlifted to the Texas Medical Center.
No additional information has been shared, as of this writing, but an investigation continues.
