Giant spool blocks lanes of I-10 East at Wayside Drive
HOUSTON – A giant spool in the middle of Interstate 10 is blocking multiple westbound lanes at Wayside Drive in East Houston.
Houston Transtar cameras captured images of the giant spool in the middle of the highway with vehicles only being able to get by using one lane.
Another spool can be seen on the shoulder nearby.
Authorities say the spools fell off a truck after it hit the railroad bridge at the location.
