83-year-old man arrested, charged with murder in Texas City

An 83-year-old Texas City man is now facing murder charges after being arrested earlier this month.
On Friday, May 16, 83-year-old William Brillhart was arrested in San Leon, Texas. He is accused of killing 66-year-old Glen Davis on May 9.
A district judge from Galveston County ordered the arrest after determining there was sufficient probable cause to formally charge Brillhart with murder.
Brillhart is currently being held in the Galveston County Sheriff’s Department Jail on a $500,000 bond.
