HOUSTON – A new Black-owned restaurant is creating a buzz around the Houston area following its grand opening on Sunday.
Day&Night Cafe, located at 5101 Almeda Rd., opened on Mother’s Day and received strong support from the community.
The place was reportedly so packed with guests that the restaurant announced on Monday morning it would be closed for the day to restock and make some adjustments.
The cafe will resume its 24-hour operation starting Tuesday at 2 p.m.
So, what do they serve?
According to one food blogger, Day&Night offers an all-you-can-eat brunch and mimosas from Thursday through Monday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
They also serve lunch and dinner at any time of the day.
The cafe features a full bar, offering items such as margaritas.
