27-year-old Montgomery County man accused of child sexual assault may have more victims

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A 27-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a child may have harmed more victims following an investigation, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reduction Unit
Samuel Salas-Gomez, 27, was arrested on April 8 for sexual assault of a child as a result of an investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office from 2024.
Deputies fear there may be more victims and are asking anyone who may have additional information regarding Salas-Gomez or any other potential victims to contact the Criminal Investigation Division at (936) 521-8971, and reference case number 24A315379.
This case is ongoing, and additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
