Naked man spotted as children walk to school in NE Harris County

Harris County Constable deputies are responding to a welfare check in northeast Harris County.
According to reports, a naked man was seen walking in the street while children were on their way to school. Concerned residents called the authorities, prompting their immediate response to the area.
