Federal authorities were searching for two people who were caught on security footage stealing mail from an apartment complex in the Memorial area. Now, the two are in police custody.
The two suspects, identified as Kyle Ulbig and Ashley Gray, were arrested less than 24 hours after the U.S. Postal Inspection Service offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to their arrests and convictions.
