VIDEO: 18-wheeler slams into concrete barrier on Houston’s Southwest Freeway
HOUSTON – New dashcam footage is showing the moment when an 18-wheeler slammed into a concrete barrier on the Southwest Freeway Wednesday morning.
The wreck occurred just after 9:30 a.m. on IH-69 Southwest Northbound at Weslayan St.
In the video, you can see the 18-wheeler appear to lose control, crossing across all lanes of traffic before slamming into the barrier.
The crash caused a fuel spill, closing multiple lanes of the highway for several hours.
